Maggie McGrath

Founder and Client Advisor, Sonoran Senior Solutions

With a passion for service and a heart for seniors, I founded Sonoran Senior Solutions to help families navigate the complex world of senior care. After nearly 20 years of advocating for loved ones in crisis and at end-of-life, I realized my calling was to be a trusted resource for families facing similar challenges.

At Sonoran Senior Solutions, we go beyond simply finding care. We provide concierge-level service rooted in compassion, integrity, transparency, and a deep local knowledge of the Tucson community. My experience navigating senior living options and resources, coupled with personal experiences, has equipped me to offer families not just a service, but peace of mind.

I believe in truly listening—understanding the unique stories, needs, and desires of the families I work with—so I can find the best possible solution for every individual. It’s about giving people options, empowering them to make informed choices, and being a trusted partner who stands by their side.

When I’m not working with families, I enjoy reading, staying up way too late playing Wordle, exploring Tucson’s incredible local culinary scene, and, most of all, spending time with my husband and three young children. Tucson is more than just my home; it’s where I raise my family, serve my community, and work every day to make a difference in the lives of those I serve.

Alia Yasin, CDP, CCM

COO, Sonoran Senior Solutions

With over 20 years of experience in healthcare, Alia Yasin brings unparalleled expertise in clinical operations and case management to Sonoran Senior Solutions. As a Certified Dementia Practitioner (CDP) and a Certified Case Manager (CMM), she is dedicated to ensuring the highest level of care for seniors and their families.

Alia's career has spanned a variety of healthcare settings, giving her a deep understanding of the complexities and challenges families face when navigating senior care. From overseeing clinical operations to providing hands-on case management, her mission has always been clear: to educate, empower, and improve access to care for all individuals. Her time as Associate Clinical Operations Manager at Oscar Medical Group and her work in intensive case management with the Jewish Board of Family & Children Services have equipped her with the tools to deliver compassionate, efficient, and effective care coordination.

At Sonoran Senior Solutions, Alia's role as COO allows her to ensure that every client receives the personalized attention they deserve. Her commitment to integrity, transparency, and thoughtful care is at the heart of everything she does.

When Alia isn't working, you’ll find her walking her sweet rescue puppy, diving into the latest bestseller, or playing the New York Times’ daily Connections puzzle.

One of Maggie’s first experiences coordinating care was for her beloved grandfather, Boris. The process was fulfilling, complicated, and beautiful—an emotional journey that ignited her passion for helping others navigate the challenging world of senior care with compassion and understanding.

Sonoran Senior Solutions offers expertise, empathy, and a wealth of knowledge to help find your new home.

I quickly decided that if I could make sense of the confusion that others felt during the aging journey of their loved one, I would. Educating clients became my mission and my passion.

Through personal and professional experience with seniors, I started Sonoran Senior Solutions to continue my mission as a senior living advisor, serving seniors and their families as they journey through the overwhelming, foreign territory that is senior care.

I look forward to being a trusted resource to guide you through whatever challenges come your way.
